An Evening with Inocente: Film Screening and Q&A

INOCENTE won the Academy Awared for Best Documentary Short.  It follows the story of Inocente, a teenage Latina artist who overcame poverty and homelessness through her whimsical, colorful art.

A Q&A follows the screening.  Inocente and three adults who mentor young artists will comprise the panel.  Matt D'Arrigo from A Reason to Survive (ARTS) in San Diego, Troy Carter from Sanctuary Art Center in Seattle's University District and moderator Sandra Jackson Dumont of Seattle Art Museum will participate.

Hosted by Seattle University in partnership with Seattle Art Museum and Sanctuary Art Center.
