In Fall 2023, we successfully held our 8-week Mentorship Program—The launch of our 8-week Mentorship Program marks the beginning of an innovative pilot initiative aimed at connecting interaction designers at every stage of their careers with experienced design mentors. This program is tailored to benefit both mentors and mentees, fostering an environment that not only encourages growth but also inspires innovation, shaping the future of the design industry.

The Schedule
July 29 - August 20 : Accepting Applications for mentors and mentee
Applications are open! You will be notified by the first week of September if we’ve established a successful match.
First week of September: Resources for the program
This is when we’ll share kickoff details and resources with you that will help you make the most of your 8 weeks together.
September 20: Kickoff event
This is when we’ll share guidance for how structure your 8 weeks together and get to meet fellow mentors and mentees.
First week of October: Mid-point check-in
We will send out feedback forms to learn what’s going well with the program and areas of opportunity to make your experience better
November 17 : Closing Event
This is when we will celebrate our community achievements, and hear from applicants about how their process went.
