Leading a creative team is incredibly rewarding and also comes with a fair amount of challenges. AIGA has created this group for collaboration between Creative Directors, Studio Managers, Agency Owners and other Creative Management functions coming together to discuss trends, get input and brainstorm ways to tackle the challenges that come with leading creative organizations.

For the June session this forum will be talking about team morale! How do you keep teams engaged when work is challenging or repetitive? What are ways to build systems that keep teams excited to come to work every day? We'll share tips and ideas and establish upcoming topics for these forum discussions.

The meet up is free, but bring your lunch (or order one when you get here)! The event is open to the first 12 people who register to ensure everyone can participate. See you there!
