After the presentation there will be a chance to ask questions and pick the brains of some of Seattle's brightest design minds. Our April lunch will be hosted by WINTR who will discuss:
Sharpening the work: a practice for creating progressive digital experiences
To best deliver a creative and functional expression of an idea, the design and technology must work together. Nice and simple as it sounds, in practice, this requires an integrated approach and process to support core concepts for creating progressive digital experiences. Using successful examples, we’ll share helpful highlights of our practice, useful for both those who sell the the idea and those responsible for making it come to life.
Presenters
Taylor Kieburtz is the Strategy Director at WINTR. Taylor is a creative for people. As Culture Director and a Creative Strategist, she focuses on designing purposeful solutions to modern communication challenges. She has utilized this approach for brands including Marc Jacobs, Corbis and Nike. Taylor takes compliments and critique well and would one day like to MC an awards show.
Matt Fordham, the Technology Director at WINTR, has got the looks and the brains. As Technical Director, he’s leads the development of progressive digital products and experiences. He’s assumed both roles of designer and developer, responsible for award-winning work with brands like Sony, Starbucks and the Seattle Seahawks…and more, but the alliteration is fun.
