Seattle’s growing technology sector could be used to create a more equitable, integrated city. In this Community Idea Lab — “a new kind of community problem-solving journalism” — local news outlet Crosscut will address this challenge. The event features Michael Arrington, TechCrunch Founder and CrunchFund general partner; Maud Daudon, Seattle Metropolitan Chamber President and CEO; GeekWire cofounder John Cook; and others. During this interactive evening, each community member will offer their innovative solutions for utilizing the tech boom as an asset. A panel of judges will critique each presentation, with audience members voting on the winning idea.
