This event is presented by IxDA Seattle and Women Talk Design. Thank you to HBO Seattle for hosting!
Whether speaking at a conference or in a team meeting, public speaking is a critical skills for designers. Join Women Talk Design + IXDA Seattle in a workshop series that will cover the essentials of public speaking. Where should you start? How do you create a talk that’s compelling? What should you do if you freeze while you’re presenting?
Part 1 of this 2-part workshop in November focused on storytelling and outlining a talk. This is part 2. It will focus on feeling comfortable on stage.
Leave this workshop with tips for feeling confident when giving a public talk, or speaking on stage, and practice presenting!
**Please come to the workshop with a 3-min story you can use to practice. It can be about anything.
